About Me

Hi ! I'm Maria, an amateur boxer, helping to empower women to discover boxing, unlock their potential and enjoy moving their bodies.

I have been boxing for around three years, what started off as me trying something new to keep fit led to me finding a sport which enriched my life physically and mentally.

MaziBoxing has been created with the belief that fitness should be a fun and empowering experience. The goal is to help women of all fitness levels explore the benefits of boxing, the downloadable training programs are designed to enhance your workout routine. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, lets help you achieve your fitness goals and feel great every step of the way. Boxing is more than just 'hitting', boxing can allow you to switch off from the world and focus, allow your mind to have a break and unleash your inner warrior.
